نحن وكالة حجوزات في مملكة البحرين. نحجز لك الفنادق والخدمات عن طريق مزودين معتمدين، والفندق أو مقدم الخدمة هو المسؤول عن تقديم الخدمة نفسها.
الأسعار والدفع
- الأسعار بالدينار البحريني، وهي للإقامة كاملة وشاملة الضرائب المذكورة وقت الحجز.
- بعض الفنادق تطلب رسوم تُدفع في الفندق نفسه (مثل ضريبة السياحة أو التأمين المسترد). نذكرها في ملاحظات الفندق إذا وصلتنا من المزود.
- السعر يتأكد عند اختيار الغرفة، ويبقى محجوز لمدة ٢٠ دقيقة لين تكمل الدفع.
- يتأكد الحجز بعد الدفع، ويوصلك رقم الحجز ورقم تأكيد الفندق.
الإلغاء والتعديل
- سياسة الإلغاء تختلف من غرفة لغرفة، وتظهر لك بشكل واضح قبل الدفع.
- الحجوزات غير القابلة للاسترجاع ما يُسترد مبلغها عند الإلغاء أو عدم الحضور.
- الحجوزات القابلة للإلغاء يُسترد مبلغها كاملاً إذا انلغت قبل الموعد المذكور، وبعده تنطبق رسوم الإلغاء.
- لإلغاء أو تعديل حجز، تواصل معنا ومعك رقم الحجز.
بيانات الضيوف
- لازم تكون الأسماء بالإنجليزي ومطابقة للجواز.
- الطلبات الخاصة (مثل غرف متصلة أو طابق عالي) نرسلها للفندق، لكنها حسب التوفر وغير مضمونة.
- الفندق ممكن يطلب هوية أو جواز وبطاقة ائتمان عند تسجيل الدخول، وبعض الفنادق لها شروط عمر لتسجيل الدخول.
المسؤولية
نبذل كل جهدنا لعرض معلومات صحيحة عن الفنادق، لكن المعلومات والصور من المزودين والفنادق وممكن تتغير. مسؤوليتنا محدودة بقيمة الحجز المدفوعة لنا.
القانون
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين مملكة البحرين.

We are a booking agency in the Kingdom of Bahrain. We book hotels and services through approved suppliers; the hotel or service provider is responsible for providing the service itself.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Bahraini dinars (BHD), for the whole stay, and include the taxes stated at the time of booking.
- Some hotels charge fees payable at the property (e.g. tourism tax or a refundable deposit). We show them in the hotel notes when the supplier provides them.
- The price is confirmed when you choose the room and held for 20 minutes until you complete payment.
- The booking is confirmed after payment, and you receive a booking number and the hotel confirmation number.
Cancellations and changes
- Cancellation policies differ by room and are shown clearly before payment.
- Non-refundable bookings are not refunded on cancellation or no-show.
- Refundable bookings are refunded in full if cancelled before the stated date; cancellation fees apply after it.
- To cancel or change a booking, contact us with your booking number.
Guest details
- Names must be in English letters and match the passport.
- Special requests (e.g. connecting rooms, high floor) are forwarded to the hotel but depend on availability and are not guaranteed.
- The hotel may ask for ID or a passport and a credit card at check-in; some hotels have minimum check-in age rules.
Liability
We do our best to show accurate hotel information, but information and photos come from suppliers and hotels and may change. Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid to us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
